Questions about official Wilson County criminal records should go to the public office that created or maintains the requested file. The Wilson County Sheriff handles its reports, warrants, detention, and booking records. The Clerk of Superior Court handles criminal case files and certified county searches. This private reference site cannot retrieve or change those records, so the routing below identifies the proper government contact.

This Is Not a Government Office. Wilson County Criminal History is privately operated. It cannot retrieve official files, perform an official background check, correct or remove a record, or receive an expunction filing. Those services remain with the responsible public office.
